Inviting and adding members

    There are several ways of Inviting and adding members to work with you in Voxxi.

    Invite to an Organization

    In the organization you are adding the user/s, click; Settings > User Management

    The user management screen allows you to send multiple invitations at once.

    Default user level is ‘Member’

    Invite to a Workspace

    To add a user to a Workspace, click the project name > User Management

    Invite to a Record

    When the record is open, in the top right of the screen, click; Share

    You can share just the one record or the whole Workspace
